PROJECT 4
This extensive rebuild project, included Front, Side and Rear extensions. The entire roof was retiled and the interior of the house was completely remodelled to create a large, modern four bedroom house. The enlarged first floor, featured a Master bedroom with vaulted ceiling, walk in wardrobe and large en suite and a new Guest bedroom with en suite. On the ground floor we repositioned and replaced the stairs with a new oak staircase. The generous modern living space created, included a large lounge, playroom, utility and kitchen diner with a roof lantern over the new kitchen.
